It's a great honor to witness and support parents on their journey to parenthood. Whether you contact me at the beginning of your pregnancy or after your baby's birth, I want to learn about your hopes, goals and wishes and I strive to make the transition peaceful, special, and the best it could be for you and your family.

Birth Doula 

As birth doula, I offer non-judgemental emotional and physical support before, during, after childbirth as well as immediate postpartum. I share my knowledge and educate my clients by providing research-based information and help them prepare for birth. Birth support depends on how parents envision my role as their doula.

Photography

Birth Photography and "Sweet Fresh Baby"  are freezing your special moments in time. Those are the photographs you will love and treasure for many years to come. 

Hypnobabies

Hypnobabies is a 6 week long childbirth education program which incudes "eyes open" self-hypnosis techniques. During the course, parents will learn not only about a healthy pregnancy,  their options in birth, and the birth process but also how to release fears and self-hypnosis tools for birth. I am certified to support you as a Hypnobabies Hypno-Doula. 

Placenta Encapsulation

Many cultures cherish the benefits of the placenta. Learn about its benefits and how it can help you in the postpartum period. 

Postpartum Doula

During the "Fourth Trimester" postpartum period, I provide emotional, physical, research and experience-based informational support, nurture the new mom, offer companionship, hands-on experience, and assist the family with transition after baby's birth. The support is flexible and depends on your family's unique needs.
